Due to the large spatial and temporal variability in the rainfall, water resources distribution in the country is highly skewed. Looking into this situation, the study was undertaken for assessing the delivery performance of Panam irrigation project in terms of adequacy, dependability, equity and efficiency under different supply based scheduling approaches such as existing, one decade advanced, one decade delayed, two decade delayed, one fortnightly advanced and one fortnightly delayed. From result, the comparatively better performance in terms of adequacy, efficiency, dependability and equity was found in one decade advanced, one fortnightly delayed, existing and one decade advanced scheduling approach respectively.
