An experiment was conducted at the Research Farm of the Division of Floriculture and Landscaping, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi during Rabi season of 2016-17 to study the effect of integrated nutrient management on corm yield and nutrient uptake of gladiolus cv. Pusa Red Valentine and Pusa Jyotsna. The experiment was laid out in split plot design with a total of twelve treatments and replicated three times. Among all treatments, T11 (75% RDF + FYM @ 5 t/ha + Vermicompost @ 5 t/ha + Azospirillum + PSB) obtained maximum number of corms per plot (134.66), weight of corms per plot (5.53 kg) and diameter of corm (5.33cm) which was closely followed by treatment (T8) than compared to control. The uptake of N (2.43%), P (0.189%) and K (2.38%) was significantly higher in treatment (T11) followed by treatment T8 as compared to control. The results also indicated that among the varieties Pusa Red Valentine has recorded maximum uptake of N (2.21%), P (0.166) and K (2.18%) respectively.
