ABSTRACT |
The present study was carried out to find out the antimicrobial activity of endophytic bacteria isolated from Rhizophora mucronata. A total of 26 endophytic bacterial strains were identified from the tissues of plant. Of them, 5 strains showed
broad-spectrum of antimicrobial activity against fungal and bacterial pathogens and
were identified as genus of Serratia, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Micrococcus and Enterobacter through biochemical characterization. |
