Editorial Desk

Advancement in Microbial research in biological science and technology has contributed to remarkable increase in food production, health management and environment conservation since the mid-twentieth century. The aim of this conference is to call for measures that can reduce or eliminate hazardous factors associated with environment including air, water and soil. Scientific discoveries, new tools and improved technologies have rapidly expanded in the field of environmental health. At the same time more food is desperately needed from less and often low productivity environments, as arable land and important resources like fertilizer and water are shrinking constantly. Anthropological and climate change related factors further limit the suitability of agricultural, horticulture, aquaculture and other resources of environment. One of the ways of ensuring high production is by reducing the losses due to diseases at pre and post-harvest stages of the production system.
