Ajina Purple with 0.4% Fe recorded highest chlorophyll content (2.23 mg/g and 2.18 mg/g) before and after flowering respectively. The highest anthocyanin content 0.86 mg/g was recorded by Fe 0.4% and Zn 0.4% with cv. Ajina Purple and the highest leuco- anthocyanin content 0.82 mg/g was observed with cv. Dolly White.
