Evaluation of Physiochemical Characters in Sweet Potato

Abstract:

Present investigation entitled ‘Evaluation of Physiochemical Characters in Sweet Potato’ was carried out in Rajasthan College of Agriculture, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur to evaluate the physiochemical variation in sweet potato germplasm”. In this research, sixteen diversified sweet potato germplasm were evaluated under randomized block design with three replications. The result revealed significant differences among germplasm for TSS, acidity, total carotenois and total antioxidants.
