Abstract:

A field experiment was conducted at Mountain Research Centre for Field Crops, Khudwani, SKUAST-Kashmir, during Kharif 2012 and 2013 to evaluate the effect of nutrient management on scented rice growth and productivity. Pusa Sugandh-3 recorded significantly higher values of growth parameters, yield attributes and grain yield as compared to Mushkbudj. Application of RFD + 5 t FYM + 2.5 t of Vermicompost ha- 1 registered higher values of yield with Pusa sugandh-3, whereas, Mushkbudji recorded highest grain yield at 75% RFD + 2.5 t of Vermicompost ha-1.
