The present investigation was carried out in Warangal district of Telangana. Ex-post facto research design was followed for selecting 100 respondents at randomly. We studied knowledge of farmers on various Bt. Cotton adoption practices. The findings revealed that majority of the respondents (70%) had medium level of extent of adoption followed by low (18.00%), high (12%) level of extent of adoption. It can be concluded that there was a positive and significant relationship between level of extent of adoption of respondents on overall Bt. Cotton practices and variables viz. age, education, caste, size of land holding, material possession, annual income, extension contact, scientific orientation.
