Intersectoral Linkage by Computable General Equilibrium Approach

Abstract:

This paper deals with the review study of CGE model. The CGE model as general algebraic framework was developed from micro level economic fundamentals and used in the calibration of model through economic data in Social Accounting Matrix (SAM), to solve the equilibrium value of economic variables by forming numerical equations and for suggesting the policy framework by simulating major economic variables and observing its impact on the entire economic system.
