Abstract:

The present study aimed at investigating the strategic planning that is adopted for managing human resources through the objectives that were set out based on the institution's vision and mission, the researcher has adopted the descriptive-analytical method for collecting research data, the data have been reviewed, in this study the topic of strategic planning of human resources, and its principles, its development as well as its competitive feature have been explored.
