Aquaculture is entrenched and well-established in the delta region of Andhra Pradesh. Where we used Vannamei shrimp (L. vannamei) is an important food commodity of economic benefit because of high price, low susceptibility to disease, and attractive for consumption. Based on these advantages have led many farmers to grow vannamei shrimp. Present is aimed to find the water quality parameters, growth, and survival rate efficacy in L. vannamei using with selected probiotic Lactobacillus rhamosus included commercial diet. The study was carried out in the way of traditional growth ponds of farmer in Machilipatnam area. The study demonstrated about probiotics could help in growing of L. vannamei shrimps. The study results revealed water quality parameters was in optimum and the probiotic supplemented prawns were exhibited excellent growth and survival rate. For the study environmentally friendly process and less chemicals were used.
